Duration= 12 months + 6 months of compulsory duty at one of our centers

Course Fees= 90,000

Stipend= 40,000/month (first 6 months)

45,000/month (second 6 months)

Accommodation-  Provided, Accommodation Charges= 5,000/ month

Selection Process= Interview (In Person+ Phone Call)

• Pre-op and post-op examinations

Fourth 2 weeks

• Wet Lab
• Camp+ OPD
• OT-assisted+ SICS starting steps
• Group discussions
• Pre-op and post-op examinations

Fifth 2 weeks

• Wet Lab
• Camp+ OPD
• OT-assisted+ SICS starting steps
• PHACO assisting for surgeons
• Group discussions
• Pre-op and post-op examinations

Sixth 2 weeks

• Start SICS under senior surgeon guidance
• PHACO assisting for surgeons
• Camp+ OPD
• Group discussions
• Pre-op and post-op examinations

First 3 months

• Start SICS under surgeon guidance
• Phaco assisting for surgeons
• Start PHACO under surgeon guidance
• Individual SICS
